With over 14 years of experience in fast-paced consumer-focused organisations, Melisa’s HR professionalism beseeches her. With countless credentials and experience working in some of the most diverse business environments, including retail, clerks, franchising, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, road transport, labour hire, hospitality, health care, medical, social community services, building and construction, professional services, wine, landscaping, farming, agriculture and more, Melisa is an expert at handling HR negotiations, regardless of the industry.

 

Melisa has also worked for iconic Australian companies, international companies, national employer associations and the Fair Work Commission. She takes pride in her ability to assist small, medium and large businesses through the challenges they face with workplace regulations, people management, HR transformation and overcoming their HR obstacles to drive further growth and success.

Community Involvement

Being a part of Raven HR has allowed Melisa to contribute to a number of charities each year, including Beyond Blue and the Cancer Council. Recently, Melisa participated in a 10km run and fundraised for Beyond Blue at the Melbourne Marathon Festival in October 2022.
