What makes me unique is my ability calmly guide and support my Clients, even in the most challenging circumstances. With my legal background I am able to provide more effective HR advice, and get you better solutions without the legal price tag.

Bunnings Group Limited (AU & NZ)
Led a diversified professional team of 8 (HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Administration and Lawyers) managing all Talent/Recruitment, employee life cycle, EVP, and ER/IR matters for 10,000 team members across 80+ sites. Including the Retail Store Network, Trade Centres, Distribution & Fulfillment Centers, Frame & Truss Manufacturing and Head Office (Support Office).
Bunnings Group Limited (AU & NZ)
Led a team of 20 professionals (lawyers and HR) to deliver on the re-alignment of ER/IR/HR practices to meet the needs of Bunnings Group strategic commercial priorities. Including, all industrial disputes and the management/negotiation of numerous enterprise agreements that produced high value business critical outcomes and improved team member engagement. Managed all employment litigation, investigations, industrial disputes, and ER training for leaders and team in Australia and New Zealand.
Specsavers ANZ
Led a cross functional team of eight and oversaw all professional services complaints for Specsavers in Australia and New Zealand, including liaising with external regulators, patients, lawyers and insurers. Managed all grievances between Specsavers store directors and complaints from team members against franchise store directors. Managed the investigations and dispute resolution processes, considering the relevant legislative requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
Drake International APAC
Managed and supported all IR/ER matters across 60+ industries (including award interpretation) and 10+ jurisdictions. Represented Drake International before various tribunals including the Fair Work Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman and at the Australian Human Rights Commission, and negotiated commercial settlement terms.
